What we need

Salix Homes is embarking on an ambitious and challenging growth journey, with an aim to provide a diverse range of new homes to meet our communities needs and aspirations.  To help us achieve our ambition we are looking for a sales and marketing professional.  The postholder will develop and lead a new sales service area that will be responsible for maximising sales and rental revenue through a range of products, including but not limited to:

  • Market sales
  • Shared ownership
  • Rent-to-Buy


Who we need

We need someone with proven experience in the residential sales sector, who is target driven and able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.  Excellent, communication and negotiation skill are essential as is a thorough understanding of the shared ownership sector and Homes England’s capital funding requirements.
