We’ve made some changes to MySalix, your online account where you access a range of our services.
The first thing you’ll notice is that we’ve improved how MySalix looks – your account portal is now designed in the same style as the new Salix Homes website.
In the new, clearer menu layout, we’ve made it easier to find the services our residents use the most, so these are now top of the list.
From there, as well as the very bottom of your screen, you can also access lots of new, useful support information.
Here’s a quick overview of what’s new:
The most frequently used services are now top of the list. Choose Payments and accounts to make a payment or check your balance.
Click Repairs to book a repair job or manage a repairs appointment. Our chat will walk you through the whole process.
Report an issue lets you tell us about problems around your home or neighbourhood, such as anti-social behaviour, issues on your estate or domestic violence concerns.
The Tenancy menu is where you can manage tenancy requests or applications, find a new home and access helpful support and advice information.
MySalix puts a range of services at your fingertips, without the need to call us. It’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

MySalix - your online account
To sign up, you’ll need your rent account number to hand and the email address you’ve previously given us.
Your rent account number is the 19 digit number on your green rent payment card.
We’ll also ask for your date of birth, so we can match you on our system and complete a security check.
