Salix Homes tenants have until Tuesday, 31 December to win a Samsung tablet, simply by signing up to the MySalix customer service portal.

The first winner was Michelle from Ordsall. When asked about how she’s been using MySalix since signing up for an account, Michelle said: “I’ve mostly been using MySalix to pay my rent. You can do it at any time of the day, so it’s a lot more convenient. I’ve been encouraging my mum to use it as well.”

Shanice Davenport was the second winner of the Samsung tablet. Shanice, from Irwell Riverside has been using the brand new MySalix chatbot to raise repairs. Shanice said: “I needed to book a repair and I used the chat feature that is available on MySalix to book it. It was really simple to use.”

There is just over two weeks left to win the last remaining tablet. As well as being in with the chance to win the tablet, there are many benefits to signing up to the new and improved MySalix.
