Final MySalix customer competition winner is announced

Customers that registered for a MySalix account before Tuesday, 31 December were entered into a prize draw to win a Samsung tablet. 

Our final winner was Javad from Trinity. He said:  “English isn’t my first language, so my friend helps translate for me. It’s easier to use MySalix, instead of needing him to make calls for me.” 

Javad joins Michelle from Ordsall and Shenice from Irwell Riverside as winners of the MySalix tablet competition.

The new and improved MySalix digital portal makes it even easier for our customers to manage their tenancy at the click of a button or tap of a phone.

The new portal also allows tenants to report any problems in real-time to our team, including anti-social behaviour, complaints and environmental issues. With the portal having the capability to track all cases in real time, we hope our tenants will always feel fully in the loop.
