National Customer Service Week

Salix Homes is celebrating National Customer Service Week.

The national campaign, organised by the Institute of Customer Service, aims to raise awareness of good customer service, and showcase the vital role it plays in the running of a successful organisation.

We’ve got an exciting line-up of activities taking place throughout this week (October 4 – 8) to celebrate everything that’s great about our own customer service.

“This year we’ve launched our new Customer Charter – Our Promise to You – setting out our commitments to you, our customers, and we’ve also improved our MySalix customer portal, making it quicker and easier than ever before for customers to contact us.”

National Customer Service Week recognises and celebrates the value of excellent customer service, and there’s never been a better time to sign up to our improved digital services.

This week, we are also backing the Institute of Customer Services’ #ServiceWithRespect campaign and launching a zero-tolerance stance to any abuse of our workforce.

As part of the campaign, we will be signposting our colleagues towards how to recognise and report abuse and better understand the actions we will take to stop it.
