Annual customer satisfaction survey

In the next few weeks from Monday, 3 September to Friday 28 September, an external company will be contacting a selection of customers on our behalf by telephone or email to complete our annual customer satisfaction survey.

If you are contacted, please let us know how you feel about the services we provide. The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is really important to us so we can have a real insight into the areas we are performing well, but also the areas where there is room for improvement.

As a thank you for taking part you will be entered into a prize draw for three lucky people to win £50 in vouchers.
