We created our customer committee to put customers at the core of how we operate.
The customer committee members are paid the same as our board members.
Our committee will make sure we meet the expectations and outcomes:

that come out of the Building a Safer Future reform of building safety
They'll do this by:

making sure that our customer engagement strategy and structure is effective and outcome-focused

getting involved in decisions about how we deliver our service

approving service standards

monitoring key performance indicators and other information such as customer feedback and complaints

planning service reviews
-
commissioning work to scrutinise things in more detail
