Health Improvement Team
From help to quit smoking to weight management and keep-fit classes, Salford’s Health Improvement Team support people to improve their health and wellbeing.
They also run a range of activities for older people in our sheltered housing schemes.

CAHN provides a range of services to support the health and wellbeing of people with Caribbean and African heritage.
They aim to eradicate health and social inequalities, which are prevalent in Black communities.

Talk About It Mate
This Manchester based charity offers peer-to-peer support for people struggling with their mental health.
They connect people with others who may be in similar situations to provide a welcoming and safe-space for people to be able to talk about their mental health issues without judgement.
