Sue takes to the airwaves
Have you been listening to ‘Let’s Talk Housing’ on Salford Radio with our CEO Sue Sutton?
From parking issues and dealing with anti-social behaviour to how we’re getting to know our customers better, Sue has been answering your questions over the airwaves.

Meet your housing officer
Our Housing Officers are here to help with anything you need, whether it’s an issue related to anti-social behaviour or you require additional support. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact your dedicated Housing Officer at any time.
Every month, we’ll introduce you to one of our Housing Officers. This month, say hello to Alison your Housing Officer for Lower Broughton.
Alison was part of the Community Safety team for three years before becoming a Housing Officer. When asked what she loves about her role, Alison told us, “I love helping people and making our community a better place to live in.”

Scrutiny Pool
Dive into our operations, ask questions, and review our services. Report your findings and help us improve.
Complaints Oversight Group
Help refine our complaints process and enhance the customer experience by working closely with us.
Procurement Panel
Have a say in how we spend our money by participating in the procurement process. Ensure we get good deals and monitor contractors for added community benefits. Training provided,
Apartment Living Forum
Voice your opinions on high-rise services, including safety, caretaking, and security.

Discover what’s on in your community
The new events page on our website has all the information you will need to keep you up-to-date with what’s on in your community.
Our Neighbourhood Walkabouts give you a chance to meet the team involved in looking after your neighbourhood. Plus, local Ward Councillors, and members from the Neighbourhood team will be on hand to meet you and discuss any issues.
You can also find local community events such as the Quayside Makers Market coming up on 24 August. Take a look at what’s coming up.
