Customer Groups

We have a number of customer groups who specifically work with our award winning Customer Committee to help shape our services. We always want to make sure your voice is heard.

Scrutiny Pool

Our scrutiny pool is a group of customers who complete scrutiny tasks on a one-off, paid basis. They:

  • complete scrutiny work commissioned by our Customer Committee
  • get involved in focus groups and paid surveys

We currently have over 100 members of our scrutiny pool.

Procurement Panel

The Procurement Panel:

  • assists Salix Homes to shape the Procurement and Value for Money Strategies to ensure that the customer voice is embedded in procurement and value for money decision making
  • supports us to consider the role of customers in relation to social value outcomes with Salix Homes

Complaints Oversight Group

Our Complaints Oversight Group:

  • monitors our approach to formal complaints, including learning from complaints
  • supports Salix Homes to continually improve the customer complaints process

Apartment Living Forum

The Apartment Living Forum:

  • supports the anticipated changes in the relationship between Salix Homes and our residents living in apartments, arising from the Building Safety Bill and the Social Housing White Paper
  • monitors and recommends support service improvements for residents living in apartment buildings owned by Salix Homes
