Residents are invited to take part in ‘Pride in Place’, a new music project celebrating what Salford means to the people who live here.

Delivered in partnership with First Kick Foundation and funded by the Salford Centenary Fund, the project will bring together older residents living in sheltered housing to share stories, memories and ideas through music.

Across six friendly workshops, participants will work together to create a new piece of music inspired by Salford. The final track will be recorded and professionally produced, made available to download and shared at a celebration event for other residents to enjoy.
