We are committed to meeting the needs of both current and future customers, ensuring we continue to maintain our existing homes, whilst also developing new homes that are built for the future.

Our customers live in well-maintained neighbourhoods and play an active role in making their communities better places to live.

Salix Homes in numbers over ten years
In 2025, we celebrated our 10-year anniversary of becoming a stand-alone housing association.
