Multi-Skilled Tradespeople

We’re looking for multi-skilled:

Joiners/carpenters

• To deliver carpentry and joinery work and associated making good, including patch plastering, with all works to be undertaken in accordance with current electrical regulations.
• To carry out all aspects of carpentry and joinery work including general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment.

Electricians

• To deliver electrical work and associated making good, including patch plastering, in accordance with current electrical regulations and Salix Homes procedures.
• To install, service and maintain electrical systems and appliances in commercial and domestic premises.

Plumbers

• To deliver plumbing/heating work (excluding gas work) and associated making good, including patch plastering, in accordance with current electrical regulations.
• To carry out all aspects of plumbing and heating work (excluding gas work) including general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment.

Part of the team

You’ll be delivering high-quality customer services to our tenants and residents in respect of the repair and maintenance of their homes, which are owned or managed by Salix Homes.

You will be a key part of our highly efficient and productive repairs, maintenance and voids services. These services must meet the demanding expectations and aspirations of our customers, and also deliver the financial expectations of our organisation’s business plan.

You’ll be engaging with customers and colleagues, and delivering repairs and maintenance services to the highest standards. Our teams are personable, professional and tailor our approach to meet the different needs of our customers.
