Roofers and Roofer’s Mates

• Working in teams on reactive and planned maintenance jobs for roofing repairs, renewals, gutters facias, working at height on a daily basis.
• To deliver all labouring and activities and associated making good, to our property portfolio and the property portfolio of organisations that have appointed Salix Homes to deliver repairs and maintenance services on their behalf

Part of the team

You’ll be delivering high-quality customer services to our tenants and residents in respect of the repair and maintenance of their homes, which are owned or managed by Salix Homes.

You will be a key part of our highly efficient and productive repairs, maintenance and voids services. These services must meet the demanding expectations and aspirations of our customers, and also deliver the financial expectations of our organisation’s business plan.

You’ll be engaging with customers and colleagues, and delivering repairs and maintenance services to the highest standards. Our teams are personable, professional and tailor our approach to meet the different needs of our customers.
