We’re looking for:

Painters and Decorators

• To deliver painting and mould treatment work and associated making good, including patch plastering, to our property portfolio and similar works to the properties of organisations that have appointed Salix Homes to deliver repairs and maintenance services on their behalf.
• Book in any follow on work identified during the visit with the customer, including details of any follow on work required.
• Measure or inspect repairs relating to their trade and order appropriate materials for the job where required.
• Give excellent customer service, working with colleagues and teams around Salix Homes and our partners.

You’ll be delivering high-quality customer services to our tenants and residents in respect of the repair and maintenance of their homes, which are owned or managed by Salix Homes.

You will be a key part of our highly efficient and productive repairs, maintenance and voids services. These services must meet the demanding expectations and aspirations of our customers, and also deliver the financial expectations of our organisation’s business plan.

You’ll be engaging with customers and colleagues, and delivering services to the highest standards. Our teams are personable, professional and tailor our approach to meet the different needs of our customers.
