Housing Officers

• To deliver key customer services to a wide range of tenants and residents in our Salford neighbourhoods.
• Assisting and supporting our residents with housing issues, and ensuring tenancy agreements are upheld.
• To monitor and inspect our properties, buildings and estates.
• Give excellent customer service, working with colleagues and teams around Salix Homes and our partners.

Part of the team

You’ll be delivering high-quality customer services to our tenants and residents, and carrying out a range of housing management duties related to homes owned or managed by Salix Homes.

You will be a key part of our wider housing team, meeting the expectations and aspirations of our customers, and delivering some of the most important aspects of our organisation’s business plan.

You’ll be building strong relationships with customers as the face of Salix Homes, and working closely with our other colleagues and teams.
