Repairs Managers and Surveyors

We’re looking for:

Repairs Managers

• Exceptional leaders who will drive operative performance, efficiency and productivity at operational level.
• Management and technical support of our skilled, mobile workforce, to focus on quality, performance, compliance and service improvements.
• Engaging with your teams and the wider service on a day-to-day basis, engendering a performance driven ethos, continually improving service delivery and taking ownership of delivering operative KPIs.

Surveyors

• Engaging with our customers and the wider community on a day to day basis, carrying out pre and post repair inspections digitally or in person.
• Conduct damp and mould surveys, carry out Housing Health and Safety Rating System Assessments (HHSRS), score and schedule in line with regulation both face to face and via remote video surveys.
• Complex property surveying duties, including fire damage remedial works and also attending emergency inspections and scaffold inspections.
• Provide a comprehensive inspection and surveying service to our housing stock and related assets.

Part of the team

You’ll be delivering high-quality customer services to our tenants and residents in respect of the repair and maintenance of their homes, which are owned or managed by Salix Homes.

You will be a key part of our highly efficient and productive repairs, maintenance and voids services. These services must meet the demanding expectations and aspirations of our customers, and also deliver the financial expectations of our organisation’s business plan.

You’ll be engaging with customers and colleagues, and delivering repairs and maintenance services to the highest standards. Our teams are personable, professional and tailor our approach to meet the different needs of our customers.
