Our Tenancy Specialist Team

We are the Tenancy Specialist Team and we are responsible for providing an excellent level of complaints administration and supporting our customers through the Right to Buy Process. We also conduct tenancy changes (Assignment, Mutual Exchange, Succession, Joint to Sole and Sole to Joint Tenancy Changes) for our customers living in our homes. We also conduct complaints administration and handle Right to Buy and Right to Acquire claims.

The Role

We are looking for a professional with excellent administration skills. The role requires:

  • an Administration Officer who can provide a business support for managers who are handling formal complaints, de-escalated complaints and MP enquiries.
  • the ability to work with our customers to support their claim for the Right to Buy or Right to Acquire.
  • an excellent attitude and approach to customer service

Are you the right person for the job?

We are looking for candidates with an Administration background who is:

  • an excellent communicator and able to develop effective relationships
  • organised and has good ICT and interpersonal skills.
  • able to work under tight deadlines and be flexible with their approach
  • has knowledge of or is willing to learn about the Housing Act 1985
