The Role

The main purpose of this role is to support the development of sustainable communities to live, grow, thrive, together through the delivery of high quality customer and neighbourhood focused services in relation to the property services of the organisation.

As part of the Customer Services Team, you will liaise directly with the organisations customers, contractors, operatives and suppliers on a daily basis ensuring high levels of communication, administration and delivering market-leading levels of customer satisfaction.

Some of your daily tasks will include;

  • Daily planning of workload and diaries for the operatives
  • Arrange and rearranging of customer appointments
  • Engage with a number of different stakeholders efficiently to drive both individual and business performance:
    • Customers
    • Operatives
    • Contractors
    • Suppliers
  • Work closely with performance managers to ensure best use of labour and time allocated to repairs

You will be working 36 hours a week on a flexible shift pattern between 08.00am – 5.00pm as part of a team delivering front line services to meet customer demand at first point of contact.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about providing accurate, customer focused, fast paced operational support services in relation to property maintenance. You would be comfortable using your own initiative, able to adapt to changing work demands and complex challenges.
