National Customer Service Week 2026
This week, Salix Homes is celebrating National Customer Service Week and recognising the important role our colleagues play in providing great services for our customers.
The national campaign, co-ordinated by the Institute of Customer Service, is an opportunity for organisations across the country to celebrate great customer service and the people behind it.
At Salix Homes, our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and this year we’re marking National Customer Service Week having retained our ServiceMark accreditation from the Institute of Customer Service, which recognises organisations demonstrating high standards of customer service. We also achieved our highest-ever score of 84.7.
Throughout the week, we’ll be celebrating the contribution our colleagues make and recognising those who have gone above and beyond in their role.
Salix Homes Chief Executive Liam Turner said: “National Customer Service Week is a chance to recognise and thank our colleagues for everything they do, whether they’re working directly with customers or supporting our services behind the scenes.
“Providing great customer service is everyone’s responsibility, and it’s often the everyday things – listening, taking ownership and supporting each other – that can make a real difference.
“I’m incredibly proud of the commitment our colleagues continue to show to our customers and communities across Salford, and this week is an opportunity to celebrate that.”
We’re also once again supporting the national Service with Respect campaign, reinforcing our zero-tolerance approach to abusive, threatening or aggressive behaviour towards our colleagues, contractors and partners, and highlighting the importance of creating a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
Later this week, we’ll also be publishing our Annual Review for 2025/26, looking back at our performance and achievements over the past year.
