Staying COVID-19 secure in 2020

From Monday 1st June 2020, with new safety measures in place, wehave resumed our services.

We are complying fully with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 and the safety of our customers and staff remains our number one priority.

In the meantime, please visit our information for customers about Coronavirus (COVID-19) website page for the latest updates.

We have created a status service roadmap to make it easier to understand which services have now resumed.

As we resume our services, we want to assure you that we have complied in all aspects, with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of Covid-19.

To help our teams work safely, please continue to stay alert and keep at least a two-metre distance.

We are currently working hard to get our repairs service back up and running. If you had reported a routine repair to us before lockdown we will be in touch soon to book an appointment with you. Your patience is appreciated at this time as we work through contacting all pre-existing repairs enquiries. Please do not contact the contact centre regarding your repair as we will not be able to book this in for you at this time.

Until we have booked all outstanding repairs we will only be proceeding with new emergency and urgent repairs. We will be in touch when our service is open to accept new routine repairs. Thank you for understanding.

In line with government guidelines, our head office Diamond House, will continue to be closed, with all our office-based teams working from home, however you can continue to contact our freephone number 0800 218 2000 and report issues on www.mysalix.co.uk.
