More services return to normal

This week, we will be taking further steps to reintroduce more services that have been disrupted due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Starting today, Monday 13 July the following services will now be available:

  • A full repairs service, with customers now able to book new routine repairs
  • Estate and block inspections from our Neighbourhood Teams
  • Face-to-face customer appointments at our head office, Diamond House (by appointment only)

This is in addition to the range of frontline services, such as caretaking and environmental services that were reintroduced in May. You can read the status of all our services, along with our safety commitment promise on our COVID Roadmap.

The latest phase in our COVID-safe recovery sees almost all our customer-facing services now operating as normal, however our reception at Diamond House will remain closed to the public for the foreseeable future.

To help protect our colleagues, customers and general public, all our services and contractors are following strict COVID-safe working practices. To help our teams work safely, our customers are reminded to please continue to stay alert and keep at least a two-metre distance
